Director & Owner, Yvonne Skelly, has over 20 years combined experience as a Training Specialist in Pharma and Project Manager for a non profit organisation successfully working with CSR teams in large multinational companies to achieve their strategic goals.

Yvonne, a Facilitator and Speaker in her own right, combines her corporate experience with her team of wellness experts to deliver a professional and uplifting experience for your team & students to meet your wellness goals with ease and efficiency.

Our dedicated team of experienced professional therapists & facilitators offer body work, energy work, talk therapies and a broad range of wellness workshops, classes and experiences.

We develop, design and deliver tailor made wellness experiences at your chosen conference venue or location nationwide/internationally, in your workplace, your school or college.
